Relocating to Cordillera Ranch was not the plan when Patti and her husband, Randy first traveled to Boerne for a golf tournament. After seeing the Cordillera sign and driving around the ranch, they quickly fell in love with the area.
“Randy originally thought we should look at purchasing a lot as an investment,” Patti said. “We ended up both loving the area so much that we began building right away even though Park Ridge was still just a dirt road!”
